Charmaine is a senior project manager in Melbourne, responsible for the management and coordination of projects. Her expertise within the Project Controls discipline includes set up and management of project tracking and management tools, developing cost estimates and forecasts, cost control, physical and financial progress reporting, formulating contracting and project execution strategies, identifying and managing project and financial risk. Charmaine’s experience in the delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects, and her ability to holistically understand and manage clients’ requirements, risks, and expectations makes her a valuable project team member. She has developed a board range of skills and experience working on Water, Energy and Environment projects.

Charmaine has been seconded over the last two years to Cross Yarra Partnership managing the Legacy Artwork Program on the Melbourne Metro Tunnel.
